Cute little place locally owned by a married couple. Not many of those left anymore. The room was very clean. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave, and they worked well. The area was quiet and seemed safe. Parking lot was well-lit. Very close to a nice grocery store. Everything worked as it should. Bathroom light switch was hard to find- it's on the lights above the mirror!

I took my guy to the most expensive hotel, he took me to the Relax Inn. Surprise, he showed me that the Relax Inn was better and also better on the price.

I recently stayed at this motel and had a great experience. It's a perfect option if you're looking for something budget-friendly without compromising on cleanliness and comfort. The room was simple but well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, a great value for the price, I'd definitely stay here again!

I was able to get a full refund even after I cancelled late. The manager was extremely understanding and helpful. I'm visiting Rochester, I'll definitely book them.

Very nice place! It doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside of the rooms are great! Hugh TV & fridge, real nice bathroom with vanity light mirror, and great amount of space! It's clean and the people who work there are super friendly. The only negative thing about it is their parking lot has a bunch of potholes.

My friend is staying at the relax inn due to home renovation and she feels very welcome and safe. The staff seems owner operating and very nice and watchful of her needs and safety because she's also recovering from surgery! The rooms seem to have a recent renovation and kept clean. Overall it seems like a very simple and quiet place to stay.
